esperanza 11 | coworking san pedro is located in the Fuente Nueva are of the town of San Pedro Alcántara, Malaga. Some would say, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, and they wouldn’t be wrong. Our town is located 17 km from Estepona, 10 km from Marbella and 48 km from Ronda. It is also 170 km from Cadiz, 69 km from Malaga and 175 km from Seville, forming an interesting and important crossroads. The sea bathes our coast to the south, and to the north, bordering with the neighbouring locality of Benahavís, is one of the richest mountain ranges in Andalusia.

We are at street level, with the façade facing west. The building was designed by the architect Carlos Gor Gómez, to be very appropriate, original and functional, as we are informed by users and visitors, converting the space into a place that is accessible, comfortable and habitable, which goes beyond what you might expect from a place of work.

In a total of 117 m2, completely diaphanous, and 80 cm below street level, the premises has an access ramp, washroom, kitchenette, a small meeting room, grada with wooden drawers and cupboards, work tables, A3 multifunction colour printer, air conditioning, telephone and WiFi or LAN internet Connection. The tables, normally arraned for coworking, are designed to make it possible to convert the premises into a completely diaphanous space, available for different events: conferences, workshops, talks, service and product presentation, exhibitions and similar.
